Engagement Superset

An “engagement superset” is an exercise I developed and it’s super versatile! My clients use it for:

  • exercising with their dog when time is limited

  • burning off pent-up energy when on a walk

  • refocusing attention when experiencing distractions

  • preparing for a calm greeting

  • building up a foundation for solid recall

I recently had the joy of meeting up with a dog mom named Celine and her very sweet dog, Summer, to film ourselves doing a variation of the “engagement superset” together! It was a lot of fun to see how quickly they learned it, and how in sync we were.
